The Field Facilitator Training

Welcome To The Field Facilitator Training - Online Edition

Integrating Culture of Care & The Field Facilitator Training

We’ve created this space to keep everything in one place. New details will be added here throughout the six months. You will be notified when this happens.

Code of Conduct

We offer this code of conduct to support best practice in the field of transformational events, we root this in a Culture of Care for ourselves and for our participants. We offer these principles with an intention of integrity, accountability and responsibility, and we acknowledge the complex and messy business of being a human being holding space in these times. We invite openness and transparency so that we can hold one another in a circle of accountability, generosity and care.

The Code of Conduct is an agreement between us as a community and will continue to evolve as we continue to learn and grow.

Assessment

The assessment for The Culture of Care certification has been designed so that you can complete it as we journey through the course material with assessment requirements to meet for each module of the course.

We are aware that people have different learning styles and have accordingly created an assessment process that allows for a variety of ways to submit your assessment (video, audio, written, and case study).

Some of the assessment will be done with your peers to support a culture of collaboration.

All assessment needs to be completed by the 31st August 2025, extensions will be considered on a case by case basis. But please be aware there is an additional fee for late submission of £300.

We estimate that meeting the assessment criteria will take approximately 1 - 2 hours per module (6 modules in total) and that watching any replays that you miss is separate.

Grievance & Complaints

At The Field Facilitator Training and Culture of Care we aim to create a culture of care that respects and supports clear communication and consent. This means listening to and taking seriously all incidents that arise in the training space, including online, that cause harm.
We acknowledge that we are working in a culture with distortion around power, healing and trauma and by offering a training within this field it can bring up shadows within participants and the team. It is our intention to keep evolving as facilitators and holders of group spaces in order that we can all do and be better.

There are 2 stages to the grievance process, the first is informal and results in you receiving an acknowledgment email from Catherine, Rachel or one of their team members within 2 weeks of receiving your feedback through this form. If that is satisfactory the process stops there.
